Shipping & Returns
We currently offer flat rate shipping with tracking at $14.95. Delivery of the Product to the Customer takes place when the product leaves the Pharmacy. After delivery, the Pharmacy will, as attorney and agent for the Customer, arrange for shipping of the product to the Customer’s home address. Normally, the Customer’s product shipment takes an average of 14 to 21 days to arrive. In the event that the Customer’s shipment is delayed past 30 business days and upon notice from the Customer, i-Wellness will arrange with the Pharmacy to replace the delayed shipment, and the Pharmacy will re-deliver and re-ship the product to the Customer at no additional cost. i-Wellness is not liable for any damage to the Customer due to delay in shipment or failure of the product to arrive within 30 business days. All medication will be shipped in discreet packaging. In order to offer you the best shipping rates, in some cases, the original packaging containing the medicine (the box containing the medicine blisters) may not be included in the shipment.
Once prescription and non-prescription products have been dispensed it cannot be returned for any reason even if the package is unopened. Under the pharmaceutical law prescription drugs are not returnable. Please contact us first at firstname.lastname@example.org for any return inquiries.
