Are the medications in your list brand name?
We offer both brand name and generic medications.
What does the term "generic" mean? Do generic medications produce the same effect that the brand name medicines do?
The difference between a brand name medicine and a generic one is in the name, shape, color and in the price. A generic drug is usually called by the name of the active ingredient while a manufacturer uses a brand name. However, a manufacturer cannot possess a patent for a certain chemical agent, this is why manufacturers of generic medications can legally produce the so-called "generics". They are the same chemically and since the active ingredient is identical, they have the same medical effect. Thus, buying a generic medication one pays less but gets the very same result. But we ought to mention that only once you follow all the instructions of your health care provider you get the intended effect.
Why are generic medicines so cheap?
Unlike generic drugs, a large part of the costs incurred by original manufacturers of brand name drugs are for research and development and advertising. The expense of obtaining FDA approval alone in the U.S. is enormous. Manufacturers of generic drugs do not have to absorb or recover these costs. How can I be sure in the quality of the pills you offer?

What is the shelf life of the pills?
The expiry date is mentioned on each medication. It is different for different batches. The shelf life is 2 years from the date of manufacture and would differ from batch to batch depending on when they were manufactured.
Do your contracted pharmacies source medications internationally?
Yes, our contracted pharmacies do source prescription medications from the foreign jurisdiction in which they are located. All medications internationally sourced by our contracted pharmacies meet the high standards of the country of origin.
Will you accept my insurance?
At this time we do not have arrangements with health insurance companies or prescription benefit management companies (PBMs) for prescription drug coverage.

Should I have a prescription to order from you?
Depending on the country you are ordering from you may or may not be asked for a valid prescription on some products available. If the law of your country or territory requires you to obtain a valid prescription for any of the products which you plan to purchase you will be asked by our customer support representative to email it to email@example.com AFTER you complete the order.
Please be advised that in case you don't provide a valid prescription within a three-day period your order will not be processed.
We strongly recommend you to consult your physician, prior to ordering, to be sure that the medicine you are about to order, is the one you need.
What should I do to order from you?
NOTE: We only accept orders placed on the website. We do not accept orders over the phone or by e-mail messaging.
If you wish to order a product from us you are to do the following:
- Choose the product/products you want to purchase by clicking "Add to Cart" button
- Click on “Shopping Cart”
- Choose desired “Quantity” and “mg”
- Fill in the order information required
- Check all the fields, product quantity and press the "Checkout" button
- If the order is accepted you will see the notification on the screen and the order confirmation message will be automatically sent to the e-mail address you specify. This message is very important, in case you do not receive it within 10 minutes, let us know and we will resend it. This message can be downloaded from your account section.

When will you actually post the charge?
The order procedure is executed in the following way:
- As soon as you fill in the form at the checkout page and press the "Submit" button, the information is transmitted to our processing center where it is checked and thus the credit card is charged.
- As soon as the payment is authorized, your order is approved and processed.
Is it secure to give my payment information at your site?
We take the security of our customers seriously and thus we take reasonable steps to protect your information. For submitting the order you are redirected to the secure order page. The security of the page can be easily checked: an icon resembling a padlock is displayed on the bottom of most browsers window, this shows that the information you insert into the form is SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypted when transmitted to our processing company. Please remember that a secure page begins with "https:" while insecure ones begin with "http:" without the "s" at the end.
In addition to Web browser security, our servers are checked daily for any security risks by reputable companies such as McAfee and WebSafe.
Can I cancel my order once it has been submitted?
An order cannot be cancelled once it has been submitted due to the fact that it is immediately sent over to the fulfillment department.
Do you do auto-refills?
We don’t do auto-refills. You can simply re-order your medications through our website www. i-wellness.net
Do you ship to my area?
The orders are shipped to almost all countries of the world.
What packages do you use?
Your privacy is very important for us. Your order will be sent with tracking in a discrete envelope/package and will be delivered to your residence. If no one is home to accept the package then a second delivery attempt will be made before it gets returned to your local post office where you can pick it up.
Will my order be shipped the same day I purchase?
The products we sell are in stock for immediate delivery. However, we have to check your order first to make sure that the shipping information is correct, after that the product you have ordered is packed and only then it is sent out. All these procedures take about 1-2 days.
What is the shipping method and rate? When can I expect the delivery?
We currently offer flat rate shipping with tracking at $14.95. We do not currently offer express or overnight shipping. Shipping usually takes 14-21 days to arrive. Please, keep in mind that the time of delivery specified here is the estimated delivery time which is true for most cases, but cannot be guaranteed due to the probability of force majeure events. Please, note that our company is not liable for extended delays due to the customs inspections of international mail.
Also, we shall not be liable for delays in deliveries due to mail disruptions during the Christmas and New Year celebration, natural disasters, strikes and other events which disrupt mailing process being beyond our control.
Will you accept returns?
Unfortunately, no. Once prescription and non-prescription products have been dispensed it cannot be returned for any reason even if the package is unopened. Under the pharmaceutical law prescription drugs are not returnable. So before placing order please consult with your physician regarding your medications.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Normally, your shipment takes an average of 14 to 21 days to arrive. In the event that your shipment is delayed past 30 business days and upon notice from the Customer, i-Wellness will arrange with the Pharmacy to replace the delayed shipment, and the Pharmacy will re-deliver and re-ship the product to the Customer at no additional cost. i-Wellness is not liable for any damage to the Customer due to delay in shipment or failure of the product to arrive within 30 business days. All medication will be shipped in discreet packaging. In order to offer you the best shipping rates, in some cases, the original packaging containing the medicine (the box containing the medicine blisters) may not be included in the shipment. We do advise our customers to place an order for their medication(s) as far in advance as possible, approximately 30-45 days prior to when the medication will be needed.
